West 25th Street Lofts in Ohio City serves as the gateway to Hingetown, Cleveland’s hottest new neighborhood. Located one block south of Detroit on West 25th, extending along Church Ave to West 28th Street. It is directly north and adjacent to Lutheran Hospital (a Cleveland Clinic Hospital) and the new Lake Link Trail and close to Franklin Circle and the Stonebridge development. Hingetown features the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Transformer Station Gallery, the Cleveland Music Settlement, Rising Star Coffee, numerous new boutique shops, and the recently completed Mariners Watch Apartments.
West 25th Street Lofts is on the edge of The Ohio City Market District, which is an incredible collection of mixed-use buildings, with office space, residential units above restaurants, galleries, banks and more. The Market District is home to such institutions as the West Side Market, Lutheran Hospital, and St. Ignatius High School.
